bridal bouquet with Yuki, Snowy, and Galaxy mini gerberas On June 4th I delivered bright and cheery wedding flowers to Megan and Michael in Traverse City. The bridal bouquet was made up of Yuki, Snowy, and Galaxy mini gerberas. Each of the three bridesmaids wore clover green dresses and carried a bouquet that matched one gerbera from the bridal bouquet. (The fourth bouquet of Café mini gerberas was the toss bouquet.)

The reception was held in the beautiful Peninsula Room of Mission Table. I love how the room came fully equipped with chivari chairs! The centerpiece on each table was comprised of three pots of wheatgrass and mixed gerbera daisies. The centerpieces doubled as gifts for the guests.

On May 14th I delivered some sweet and whimsical personal flowers to Jennifer and Rob. Jen envisioned flowers that were vintage and romantic, but playful and light-hearted at the same time. Her bridesmaids wore different hues of turquoise. We used flowers in white, ivory, blush, and green to stand out against the dresses. The bouquets contained white sweetpeas, Polar Star roses, white peonies, white French tulips, green parrot tulips, bunny tail grass, succulents, scented geranium, Green Fashion roses, and Star Blush spray roses. A beige linen and ivory lace stem wrap, and a dusting of white eyelash feathers completed the bouquets.

The corsages were sweet and simple and included Star Blush spray roses, green leucadendron and ivory chiffon ribbon on a pearl bracelet.

The boutonnieres were also soft and sweet with Star Blush spray roses, green leucadrendron, and bunny tail grass wrapped with beige satin.

Their color scheme was fresh and clean, with flowers in shades of green and white - the perfect palette for a spring wedding. The ceremony was held at the Fenton United Methodist Church. Jody’s bouquet contained Eucharis lilies, ivory mini callas, white peonies, white sweet peas, white sweetheart roses, white and green mini cymbidiums, green hydrangea, Super Green roses, Green Trick dianthus, alchemilla, and scented geranium.

We used lush garden-style centerpieces for half of the reception. They contained white hydrangea, Polar Star roses, white sweet peas, white sweetheart roses, Green Trick dianthus, Jade trachellium, alchemilla, scented geranium, seeded eucalyptus and curly willow branches, in a recycled mache urn.

The low garden-style centerpieces were alternated with tall centerpieces of dendrobium orchids and curly willow branches. The reception was held at the Holiday Inn Gateway Centre. The linens were provided by Lorrie at Special Occasions.
